Nine SEO Blogging Tips for Creating Blog Posts

These nine SEO blogging tips were originally published by Mequoda.com.

Blogging tips can help educate you in how to gain a higher ranking in search engine results which will help drive traffic to your blog.

One thing Google’s Panda update has taught us is that quality content is a clear focus on their indexing process.

Beyond quality content, we’ve seen specific techniques for placing content within web pages that has helped achieve the three primary concepts behind effective content marketing:
  1. content
  2. community
  3. commerce
Nine components for article optimization

These techniques show exactly where keywords should be placed and components that should be included within each article you publish.

The following list will help you create engaging, Google-friendly articles for your target audience.

SEO Blogging Component #1

SEO Blogging
Page Title – The page title needs to carry the main keyword phrases of the article.

Often times, writers make the page title and the headline one in the same, providing their headlines are keyword-optimized.

SEO Blogging Component #2

URL – Keywords should be placed in the URL for added optimization. If your headline is optimized, your URL and headline could be very similar.

SEO Blogging Component #3

Headline – The headline needs to include keyword phrases while remaining relevant to the overall topic.

Some journalists prefer to write catchy headlines and then have difficulty incorporating keyword phrases.

To supply both needs, journalists can publish an article with one title, and then change the title for SEO purposes after the initial publication.

Good Blog Headlines
Intriguing headlines can be created while still including keyword phrases.

How-to articles, numbered lists and fascination headlines can all do this with ease.

The title of this article is a good example of how a numbered list can include a keyword phrase.

In this case, “SEO Blogging” is the main keyword phrase being targeted.

Discover valuable information on link building, keyword strategy, creating free reports and gaining website visibility when you download our FREE SEO Campaign Management Basics white paper.

SEO Blogging Component #4

Subhead – The subhead should include keyword phrases while elaborating on the main content found in the article.

SEO Blogging Component #5

Body Copy – A keyword density around 3.0 should be the goal for articles you’d like to be ranked on. Body copy needs to be engaging, informative and contain multiple paragraphs.

Furthermore, the editorial standard of proper spelling and grammar is a must.

SEO Blogging Component #6

Category – Putting all articles into categories allows audience members to find aligned content easier while consistently receiving additional SEO fodder.

SEO Blogging Component #7

Free Report Link – All articles should point to an aligned free report.

This helps online publishers collect more data from visitors as the free report is given in exchange for a valid email address.

Create Your Blog Category
Having a link to an aligned free report in every post helps affords a better chance of converting casual visitors into registered members.

For instance, if you were reading a post about Internet marketing and were offered a longer, more in-depth report on the topic of interest for free, wouldn’t you act on that opportunity?

SEO Blogging Component #8

Share – To fulfill the criteria of community, adding a share option in every post allows audience members to easily distribute the content to others.

Facebook and Twitter are two of the most popular avenues for sharing content. Plus, a recent SEOmoz study revealed the prevalence Share features have on SEO rankings.

SEO Blogging Component #9

Comment – The Panda update has made user comments more valuable to publishers. Comments are great for community building and help pages rank better within search engines.

If you don’t experience a lot of comments on a normal basis, start conversations within your articles and specifically ask people to comment.

How To Choose a Domain Name For Internet Marketing | Video Training

Domain Name Search Comparison

Choosing A Domain Name

Domain names are the equivalent of book covers. If they don’t tell people what they’re about quickly, no one will want to read it.  For Internet marketing purposes that can be big trouble.

Before buying a domain name you should decide what you want to write about on your web site so that you can include one or two key words in the URL. It’s OK to be creative and have a catchy domain name as long as it is keyword rich.

This article will explain how to create a keyword rich domain name while maintaining your creativity.  There are also two video training options.

Researching Keywords for a Domain

To begin, you should perform a keyword search term for the topic you are interested in writing about (or selling). There are many keyword research tools such as Keyword Tracker and Google Keyword Search.  Both are free.

Video Tutorial How to Find Good Keywords

The more keywords you can fit into your domain name the better it will be for you to rank high on search engine results. For example, if you want your web site to be about kid’s paper crafts you’d want your domain name to be kids-paper-crafts.com or some variation of that search term.

The more specific you can be with your domain name the easier it will be for people to find your web site. To use the example of kid’s crafts, if someone were searching for kid’s crafts products or information they would type in: ‘kid’s crafts’ into the search engine.

Hyphenating a Web Site Name

Your web site kids-paper-crafts.com has a very good chance of appearing on the first page of Google for that search term.  There are arguments against including hyphens in a domain name but I’ve found that it actually helps your search engine rankings when a domain name is hyphenated.

And it makes the URL easier to read.

Look at the two URLs below and decide which one you’d rather click on:

kidspapercrafts.com

kids-paper-crafts.com

After you’ve decided on your domain name there are several web sites where you can register your domain name. I use GoDaddy.com as do a lot of other Internet marketers.

There is a video below on how to register a domain name.

Now you can start selecting your actual domain name. Most domain name registration companies will allow you to see whether or not your domain name is available by typing the name into a search box.

If the name you want isn’t available, it will return a list of recommended domain names. Take advantage of this tool by first entering your selected keyword.

If your keyword as a domain name is not available, think about the suggestions that are listed if the main keyword is still included in these suggestions and it ends with .com. Otherwise, you will have to be more creative.

For example, you can use 'filler' words, numbers or phrases within your domain name to still include your desired keyword phrase.

Fillers could be 'a,' 'an' or 'the'. Search engines tend to not look at these words, so you still have an opportunity to get indexed while having a domain name that is memorable and catchy and more to your liking.

You can also think about fillers at the end of a phrase, such as '101'.

What if you do these things and you still can't get a .com? Well, there are some instances where it is better to use a lesser used extension because the keyword is very popular.

Extensions that get noticed include:

.net
.biz
.org

You should also consider using country or state-based extensions if you don't mind international or local-based marketing. It's better to be number 1 in France's version of Google than to be number 200 or worse in America's version of Google.

In conclusion, choosing a domain name that will get the right buzz from both humans and search engines doesn't have to be hard.

Increase Sales How to Write Sales Page Copy | Video Tutorial

Sales Letter Success

Different Types of Sales Letters

Until fairly recently, there were only two types of sales letters that Internet marketers used to increase sales and to promote downloadable products over the Internet.

With video now widely used this has changed.  This means that you have far more options than you had not long ago.

With this in mind, you have to decide what you trust is going to work best in your market niche at the outset, well before starting to create your sales page.

To start, let’s look at how it used to be.

Long or Short Sales Copy

Until a few years ago, the only choice to increase sales volume was between using a customary long copy sales page, or using a short copy sales letter. The difference between the two being the size of the sales letter.

It used to be suggested that the more expensive the merchandise that you were promoting from a sales letter was, the more material you had to include on the page to influence interested visitors to become customers.

Therefore, a sales letter for a $197 item would be longer than the sales letter for a $97 item, but shorter than the sales page for something costing $1997.

At the other end of the pricing model, the market was flooded a couple of years ago with $7 product offers nearly all of which used “cookie cutter‟ pre-made templates that looked like this:
Sales Letter Copy Sample 1

With such a low price, buying or not buying the merchandise being promoted had little or zero to do with the sales copy and page design.  Since even if there was only the slightest thought that the item might perhaps be of some use, it was a no-brainer to invest $7 to find out if it actually helped.

If you are interested in seeing what kind of products were being offered, you can find at least a hundred of these $7 offers here.

And until a few years back, that was really the how sales letters were created. It was either long or short copy if you were creating your own sales letter or a pre-formatted, 98% pre-written sales letter for $7 products.

The number of different kinds of sales letters that people use has grown over the past few years.

This gives you many more different options, which of course brings the associated disadvantage that the choice is now harder to make than ever before.

New Ideas for Sales Letters

In the past five years or so, no one can have failed to notice that video has unquestionably exploded all over the Internet. Accordingly, including video on sales pages is now almost mandatory.

With the question being whether a sales page includes one or more videos.

For example, although a traditional long copy sales page should be designed to build up momentum from the top of the sales page down with a story gradually developing, it is now routine for a video to be used in numerous places on the same sales letter page to complement the point being made at that particular stage of the letter.

As the written story is developing, so is the story being told by the videos which are featured at several different points on that page.

This should not after all be a great surprise because it makes of sense. Using video allows you to talk directly to your lead or customer and makes you appear far more social.

In effect then, both sides benefit from the use of video, so the trend towards using video on sales pages is one that you can almost guarantee will quicken over the coming years.

Thus, video allows you to present far more information far more quickly while keeping your web site visitor interested and involved with your content.

At the other end of the spectrum, we are also beginning to see sales pages that present little or no information at all at the front end of the sales funnel.

This consequently brings you to a serious consideration that has to be thought through before you decide what kind of sales page you’re going to use.  This thought is, who is your targeted prospect or customer and what do you know about the kind of sales tactic that they are likely to favor?

You Must Talk Their Language

The chief purpose of your sales letter is to convey a message to everyone who views it.

The message that you communicate is made up of different parts, such as the graphics on the page, the words that you use and the font, any videos that you incorporate, and so on.

Changing any of these parts of the sales letter also changes the nature of the message being communicated as well.

As an example, although the fact that you are reading this suggests that you are someone who will create sales pages in English, would your page convey exactly the same message to your viewer if you wrote it in Spanish or German?

Sure, the words might mean precisely the same, but the influence and therefore the message that the page carried to the viewer may be entirely different if it was written in a completely different language.

Instead of trying to come up with something that everyone loves, you have to write your copy and create a sales page that appeals to only one “ideal” customer.

Basic Sales Page Structure

If you are going to build a long copy sales letter page, the first thing that you need is a web page editor, a program with which you can construct that page in the correct way.

The best known program of this type is Adobe Dreamweaver but as it is also quite costly, you are probably better starting with a free editor like NVU or Kompozer.

Both of these are excellent WYSIWYG editors (what you see is what you get) meaning that they can to a large extent be used in a similar way to the way you would use a word processing program like Microsoft Word.

As you will probably have noticed from looking at other people’s sales pages, it is common for the sales copy to be featured in a table in the middle of the page like this:

Sales Letter Copy Sample 2

Given that this is the widely accepted for this kind of page, this is what you ought to do as well.

If you want to create a sales page from a template, you can download free sales letter templates from the web sites listed below.

Here are a few sites where you can download or use a free sales page generators.

http://www.pagegorilla.com/

http://www.download3k.com/Web-Authoring/Site-Management/Download-Sales-Page-Generator.html

Clearly, using a ready-made template or a page generator has the benefit that it allows you to create your page quickly and easily.

Writing Your Copy

Initially, you have to understand the concept of how to write the copy, what it is intended to do.

There is an outline of how your page should progress that you should follow if you want to achieve the best results.

The best sales letters are those that slowly develop a story from the top to the bottom of the page.  Each distinct section of your page has to be written in such a way that it propels your visitor to keep reading the next section.

Your main headline should force your reader to continue reading the sub-headline which should compel them into starting to read the main copy text.

If you can somehow interlace a plausible and interesting story into your sales copy this will immediately draw your visitor in.  Everyone enjoys a good story and they have to know the ending, so they will keep reading.

If you want to research professional sales pages to increase your sales go to Clickbank and look at the highest selling products. Study them and get ideas.

How To Create Squeeze Pages | Internet Marketing Video Training

Squeez Page - Know How

With this new age of Internet marketing, and mobile marketing comes a lot of new promises to capture web site visitor information.

When you capture visitor's email address you are able to contact that visitor over and over again with information about your products.

This post has two videos, one will show you how to create a squeeze page and the other one will show you how to set up a high quality page for free.

Savvy Marketers Use Landing Pages

The most popular way to capture web site visitor information is to use a squeeze page. Savvy marketers don’t include a link to their home page when they run an ad campaign.

They include a link to a squeeze page.

When the visitor lands on the squeeze page he is offered a free eBook or training course as an incentive to leave the information.

A squeeze page is also known as a lead capture page because the sole purpose of the page is to capture leads to generate more sales.

There is a big difference between a squeeze page and home page, or sales page.  The home page and sales pages are not designed to capture a visitor’s information. They are designed to sell something, and then capture the information.

With a squeeze page, you capture the information first, and then send the visitor to a sales page.  This increases your profit potential.

Research on Sales Pages

Research indicates that a visitor to a sales page does not buy right away.  It takes about seven visits to a sales page before the person decides to buy the product. If they ever do. Most of the time the person leaves the page never to return.

The main reason you want to use a squeeze page is because you know that the visitors to your page are interested in buying your product.  Or at the very least, they have an interest to learn more about your product.

Conversion rates for squeeze pages are about 60 to 80 percent higher than a sales page.

That’s why it is crucial to capture visitor information. It increases your sales and allows you to sell to the same person over and over again.

The beauty of the squeeze page is that the person has to ‘opt-in’ in order to receive the information you are providing.

With the person’s consent, you are then able to send emails about your products and remind the person to visit your web site.

You can send this information as often as you want. I don’t recommend contacting the person more than once or twice a week.  Even if you’re offering free products, it’s not advisable to contact too often because the person can ‘opt-out’ at any time.

Most auto responder providers include a link on the bottom of every email that allows the user to opt-out, or unsubscribe from your mailing list to comply with federal Can-Spam laws.

Please watch the video below to learn how to make a squeeze page. Immediately following the video you'll find more examples of squeeze pages to give you an idea of how a squeeze page should look.

A squeeze page has four key elements.
  • A headline
  • Text (or bullet items) stating the benefits of your product
  • A call to action
  • The opt-in box where the visitor enters information

Landing Page Video

eMail Marketing Free Opt-In Box

This video will show you how to quickly create a free opt-in box using Blinkweb.com.

Blinkweb allows you to create free high quality web pages. Once you join Blinkweb you'll be able to create a squeeze page that will capture your visitor's email which will allow you to start building your list when you're ready to launch your email marketing campaign.

Example Squeeze Page 1

Example Squeeze Page 2
Example Squeeze Page 3
Example Squeeze Page 4

As you can see there are different types and formats for squeeze pages but the main elements are in place in every example.

It’s easy to create a squeeze page. It’s created like any web page using an HTML editor.

Squeeze Page Elements

The hard part is creating a page that convinces the visitors to leave their information. This is where the headline comes in. The headline is the first thing that a person sees when they land on your page therefore it should address the wants and needs of the visitor.

It should capture their attention and make them want to read more.

Remember that they arrived at your squeeze page through a link that you provided. This is a highly targeted visitor.

The second element of the squeeze page is the text, or bullet points. This is where you state the benefits of your product. Advice on how many bullet points to use varies but you don’t want to use too many because you'll distract the prospect.

The call to action element should contain the words Click and Now. It tells the reader exactly what to do and when to do it. Most importantly, it helps the reader make the decision to give you the information you want.

The opt-in box is the last element of the squeeze page. It should be used to capture as little information as possible. Especially for downloadable media.

You don’t need a person’s physical address and phone number if you’re product is downloadable. You just need a first name and email address.

You’ll need an auto responder for the opt-in box. To learn more about auto responders click here.

How To Properly Optimize Your Blog For Major Search Engines

Blogging For Leads

Numerous clients ask me how to drive more traffic to their blogs. By now you have perhaps heard that blogs are an exceptional source to grow leads as well as customers for your business.

The best way to do that is by generating search engine welcoming blog posts that get indexed in search engines.

When people search for information on issues you talk about in your blog it appears on the search engine result pages.

Likely shoppers then are able to read what you have to say and get on your list.

So now it all boils down to methods that help you successfully optimize your blog for search engines. Here are tips and ideas to do just that:

Create A Keyword Rich Header For Your Blog

The header repeats on all pages on the blog. By making sure that your header contains targeted keywords, you are able to get more of your blog pages indexed in search engines.

Treat Each Blog Post As A Separate, Optimizable Page

Use the process of search engine optimization on each blog post.

This means that you need to create an optimized title for each post, find targeted keywords for each post and weave the keywords into your post’s text.

Make Sure That Each Blog Post’s File Name Are Descriptive

Different blogging software behaves differently, but some will call your blog posts 2.html, 3.html, 4.html, etc.

As you can see, that is not very descriptive and not particularly helpful to either people or search engines. When you create a post called "How Coaching Helps Business Owners", calling it "how-coaching-helps-business-owners.html" is a much better title than "5.html"

Make sure that your blogging software creates descriptive file names for your blog posts; it is better both for human readers and search engine spiders.

Get Links Pointing To Your Blog

Quality links to your blog means more blog visitors and higher search engine rankings.

Current search engine algorithms value links to your blog, which means that having links pointing to your blog will improve your blog’s search engine rankings.

Get Your Blog Listed in Blog Directories

Blog directories are a great source of getting one way links to your blog.

Since blog directory links many times are one way (they link to you, but you don’t link back to them), they are great for boosting your search engine rankings.

Having many one way links pointing to your web site will improve your search engine rankings.

Conclusion

A blog is an excellent marketing tool, but your blog will not attract more leads and clients for your business if you don’t use search engine optimization techniques to optimize your blog and attract targeted search engine traffic to it.

How To Start An Online Business Selling Used Cell Phones

How To Start An Online Business Selling Used Cell Phones

Sell Phones Like This
Selling used cell phones online is a good way to begin making money extremely quickly. I began earning serious money buying and selling used sell phones within two months.

In this article I will talk about how to source used cell phones and where to sell them. I'll also tell you how to get free cell phones in order to start making money today. Yes, today!

Selling used cell phones is a very lucrative niche business. If you're serious and put in effort, you can have fun and earn a nice living in this niche. People buy used cell phone for different reasons.
  • For parts
  • As a second phone
  • For a child
  • To replace a lost/damaged phone
It doesn’t matter why people buy used cell phones. As long as they buy them. And people do buy used cell phones. I’ve had repeat customers and customer referrals but I’m getting ahead of myself.

I began selling used cell phones after reading an eBook a few years ago about the top 10 best products to sell on eBay. And I began making money right away.

I also began selling phones on Craigslist once I realized that people were really buying these things.

As with any business there is a learning curve. You’ll have to go through trial and error. You will make mistakes but don’t give up.

I made the mistake once of not testing a phone (more on that later) and the customer complained that the ringer didn’t work. I had to refund the money of course.

There are a couple of options for acquiring used cell phones to sell.

Researching The Value Of Cell Phones

You can research the value of a used cell phone very quickly. Usually in a few minutes. When you become proficient it will be a matter of seconds.

eBay is the best place to find the value of a phone or anything else.

You will need an eBay account (more on that later). And you’ll have to log in to your account to perform the search on the completed listings section.

The completed listings section displays auctions that have closed and it shows the final price of the auction. You will see exactly how much people paid for the phone you are researching.

Also research the value of the phone in ‘as is’ condition.

This is important because when you test the phone and find out it doesn’t work you may still be able to make money on it. People buy ‘as is’ cell phones for parts.

The profit margin is actually higher on ‘as is’ cell phones because you can buy them for $5 and easily make a good profit.

--------------------------------------------------------------
Tip:

If a seller doesn't have the charger for a phone do not buy it. There is a good chance that the phone is lost or stolen.

I learned the hard way! If the person has the charger and other accessories you can be sure that they are the owner and buy with confidence.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Sourcing Used Cell Phones

You can begin this business with absolutely no money. How?

These days everyone has 2 or 3 cell phones that they don't use. The phones are just sitting in a drawer.

Ask your family and friends to give you these cell phones. Be honest with your family.

Tell them that you're starting a business buying and selling used cell phones. Ask for their support by giving you the cell phones that they are not using.

Or, you can offer them a percentage of the sale once you sell the phone.

You’ll be surprised at how much money you can make this way because there is no initial investment. It’s pure profit.

Asking family members for phones is the easiest way to start this business because once you have the phone in your possession you can post it on Craigslist immediately and have a buyer within hours (provided the phone is selling good).

That’s how you can make money today.

Grab a cell phone from a family member and post it on Craigslist today. But first finish reading the article.

You can also stock up on phones to sell by buying them, which is what I do.

Simply place an ad on Craigslist similar to the one below. Place the ad in the ‘Items Wanted’ category.

You can also place an ad in your local paper once you begin making money.

--------------------------------------------------------------
Need Money? I Buy Used Cell Phones [this is your headline]

[this is the body of your ad]

I will give you cash today for your used cell phones. All makes and models needed.

When you contact me please be sure to include the make, model number and carrier so that I can research the value of the phone and make an offer.
--------------------------------------------------------------

I've been very successful with this ad.

When you place this ad you will receive responses almost right away. People will send you emails telling you what kind of phone they want to sell.

For example, you may get an email from someone that’s selling a Cricket Ascend Android Cell Phone.

When you receive an email from someone wanting to sell a phone do not reply to them right away. First research the value of the phone.

 Contacting The Seller

After you performed the research and know what a phone is selling for contact the seller.  If, for example, a phone is selling on eBay for $80 offer the seller $40 or less.

You’ll want to at least double your money or triple it.  I once bought a $400 Nokia smartphone for $100 and sold it for $220 the next day.

A note of caution.  Some sellers will reject your offer because they know the value of the phone.

Simply tell them that you buy to resell and that you cannot offer any more money.  Most people will then accept your offer.

Do not spend too much time with people that won’t budge on the price or you’ll find yourself answering emails all day.  You don’t want to work that hard!

When you and the seller agree on a price it’s time to meet the seller and test the phone and view its condition.

Have the seller come to you.  This way you are not wasting time traveling.

Usell.com Buys Used Cell Phones

Testing The Phone

This part is crucial. Make sure that everything on the phone works. Here is a check-list to guide you:

Check:
  • Ringer
  • Display
  • Condition (phones with normal wear and tear sell well)
  • Turn on/off
  • Place a call
If the phone does not have service you can call 911 to test the phone for outgoing calls.

Most cell phones allow 911 calls even though there is no service on the phone. For phones with SIM cards place a SIM card in the phone and test for outgoing calls.

The seller should have a SIM card if you don’t have one.
After testing the phone and provided everything works well buy the phone to resell.

You’re ready to make money!

Selling The Phone

There are several ways to sell a used cell phone online but I’m going to talk about two, eBay and Craigslist. I’ve tried the other auction sites and classifieds websites and they don’t perform as well as eBay and Craigslist.

Let’s begin with Craigslist because it is free and you can set-up an account in minutes.

If you don’t have a Craigslist account it is easy to sign-up for one. Go to Craigslist.com and click on open an account.

When you complete the sign-up process they will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. The email will arrive in minutes.

Click on the link in the email that says confirm account registration. When your account is registered you are ready to post a phone for sale.

Sign in to your account and click on create a new post.

In the posting title enter the phone you are selling. For example, if you’re selling a Cricket Ascend Android Cell Phone you should enter:

Used Cricket Ascend Android Cell Phone

(it’s important to use the word ‘used’ because that’s how people will search.)

In the price box enter the price you’re selling the phone for. If you live in a major city you can list your location by neighborhood. I usually just enter the city as the specific location. This way more people will see the ad.

Writing the description of the phone:

Try to be as accurate as possible when you describe the phone. For example, if the phone has a few minor scratches mention that in the description.

You can also describe the phone as ‘fair’, ‘good’, ‘normal’, and ‘mint’ condition.  Include pictures.

People will want to see what they’re buying and you’ll receive more offers if you include good pictures. Make sure the pictures are in focus and have plenty of light.

When you’re done with the description click on post new ad and your ad will go live on Craigslist in about 15 minutes. If the phone is a hot seller you’ll begin receiving responses right away.

Using eBay To Make Money Online

eBay’s system is a little harder and it takes a little longer to set up an eBay account.  If you don’t have an eBay account register for one.  You cannot begin selling on eBay right away.  eBay requires that you have at least a positive feedback score of 10 before you can sell.

You can read about that when you sign-up for an eBay account.

When you post a phone on eBay you’ll want to follow the same steps as on Craigslist.  Enter the post heading and price, pictures and description.

End your auctions on Sunday nights.  That’s when most people are online and sometimes bidding wars escalate and you’ll receive a very good price for your phone.

Skip is a good guy.  His articles and eBooks are what trained me to sell on eBay.

3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online

Internet Marketing On The Rise

Affiliate Marketing

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck.

Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them.

Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.

There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today.

With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

Use Unique Web Pages

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money
on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them.

Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information.

Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

Free Stuff Is Expected

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create
autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box.

According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again.

By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed.

Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable.

Include compelling subject lines in the email.

As much as possible, avoid using the word "free" because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first.

Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing
something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

Spread Marketing Efforts

Targeted Traffic

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back.

Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that are focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.

Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services.

If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.

The tactics given above does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part.

Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do.

Besides, think of the huge paychecks you will be receiving...

Happy Marketing!

Social Media Profits

How To Profit On Social Media Networks | Video Course

Social media profiting is about generating leads to build your opt-in email list. Social media can be a very powerful tool to generate leads.

What I’m going to talk about in this article is using social media to increase your leads. And how to target the right people.  The videos below will show you how to be successful with social media.

The best thing about generating leads on a social media site is that you can qualify the lead. You don’t want someone in your network who is an auto mechanic if you’re selling women’s clothes.

Qualify your leads. Be very careful who you interact with. You don’t want to waste time on people who are not interested in what you’re offering. It may be fun but it’s not business.

Your goal should be to find people who are interested in what you’re interested in. If you’re selling shoes there are millions of people on social networks that are interested in shoes. Focus on those people.

Activity on Social Media Networks
Approach those people. Leave comments on their posts and look at who’s in their group so that you can approach them as well.

Let’s begin by asking and answering five critical questions.

What social media sites are you on?

This is important because you shouldn’t spread yourself too thin. Focus on 3-5 social media networking sites and spend 10 hours or more a week on those sites generating leads.

You can join as many sites as you want in order to get your name and website url out there but don’t spend too much time on those other sites. Focus your efforts on a few.

How active are you?

To be successful you must put in time. I mentioned earlier to spend 10 hours a week on your network marketing efforts but I didn’t talk about productivity.

You want to be productive when you’re on the sites. Read people’s posts and comment on them. Get your name in front of people. Build relationships with these people.

Let them talk about themselves and YOU talk about THEM. Don’t talk about yourself or your opportunity until they ask you.

What is on your profile?

Make sure to have content on your profile page. Spend time setting it up. Make it the first thing you do when you join a site. Your profile page is a mini website about you.

Make it so compelling that when people see it they ask you to join them as friends.

Social Media Success
If you’re allowed html on your profile page put an opt-in box there. Offer a free report. Give the visitor an incentive for giving you their email address.

Build your list faster with multiple opt-in boxes. Put one on every page you’re allowed.

People visit your profile page to learn something about you! Give it to them. Post links that interest you. Talk about yourself. Upload a picture of you with your dog or child. Tell a story.

How many people do you add each day?

Grow your network and your list daily.

Set a goal of how many people you’re going to add every day. If you add 10 to 30 people a day, you’re going to have a very good, money-making list of people who are interested in what you’re offering.

You did qualify your leads didn’t you?

What are you posting?

Learn about your prospects. Ask questions when you post. Build a relationship first before you try to sell anything. Contribute to the conversation by offering help and giving information freely.

Prospects will judge you by your posts. Bring value by having high quality content and being relevant. Did I say to give away a lot of stuff?

Perform research and read about your topic. Get pictures online and use them on your posts. Pictures attract the eyes.

People truly want to hear what you have to say. You have followers out there. Go get them.
